She provides assistance with contract review and drafting, advice on commercial transactions, and has experience representing employers before N.H. administrative agencies in a range of employment law matters. In her real estate practice, Abby appears before local zoning boards and assists her clients with addressing the varied issues affecting real estate. She has also developed a niche practice in campaign finance and election law, having represented both congressional and state senate campaigns. Abby’s diverse professional background, including work within the government relations, healthcare and insurance industries, lends a unique perspective and a practical edge to her legal advice.
Abby has a long history of commitment to the communities in which she lives and works. Currently, she serves on a number of legally related boards and committees, including as a board member of New Hampshire Legal Assistance (NHLA) and as Treasurer of the Charles C. Doe American Inn of Court. In addition, she is a 2011 graduate of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Leadership Academy, and is a member of the Steering Committee as the immediate past co-chair of that committee.

Abby and her husband live in Dover with their two cats. During the spring, summer and autumn months, they can often be spotted gardening or taking long walks around the city. During the inhospitable winter months, as “wanna be” amateur chefs they spend lots of time inside dreaming up and creating new taste treats and wishing for warmer days.
