For over 37 years, Wil has developed a statewide practice where he has built a reputation for integrity and aggressive representation.  He does not like to lose – anything.  Wil started his career as a Superior Court Law Clerk working for Judge David Souter, who later became a United States Supreme Court Justice.  In his early years, Wil developed skills as an excellent trial attorney conducting many jury trials in a myriad of fields, including personal injury, products liability cases and the defense of police departments and municipalities in civil rights actions.  Wil’s focus has always been in the family law field where he has been awarded several awards for Pro Bono Service, has testified as an expert in high profile cases, has conducted several Neutral Case Evaluations and has developed skills necessary to win favorable results for thousands of clients.

Wil serves not only his clients, but his community having served on the Dover School Board, Dover City Council, having served as the Mayor for the City of Dover, on the New Hampshire State Board of Education and the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Board of Trustees.

Service to the client and dedication to their case is in Wil’s DNA.
